Marwan Ksibati is the Head of Business Development and an original founding member of HMLC. He is a legal professional with over a decade of experience handling matters within the Middle East, North Africa and Far East. He specializes in corporate and commercial law and has managed several high profile mergers & acquisitions of multinational construction, mining, security, information technology companies as well as top luxury brands.

Mr. Ksibati has a strong focus in international relations and is heavily involved in linking foreign business partners within the GCC, MENA, and Far East markets. He maintains the firm’s business relationships with external clients by negotiating joint ventures and partnership agreements. He is well known in the industry to be a key player in assisting private and public corporation establish themselves in the respective developing markets. Due to Mr. Ksibati’s accredited background and in-depth knowledge of Middle Eastern and Asian business cultures, clients feel secure having him represent them in all corporate and commercial matters.
